People who set up, run and check AI tools inside organisations.

As employers adopt AI, someone has to choose tools, set up workflows, train colleagues and check quality. WEF 2025 reports that half of surveyed employers plan to re-orient their business in response to AI, and two-thirds plan to hire talent with specific AI skills. Titles vary: automation specialist, AI champion, digital transformation officer. People often move into these roles from admin, operations or IT.
